New Mexico's EPSCoR Hydrology Program is funded by the National Science Foundation's (NSF) Office of Integrative Activities (OIA) through their EPSCoR program. This portal provides access to the publicly available data and data services generated by the project.

The products available through this portal include data files, data services based upon the Open Geospatial Consortium's (OGC) Web Map Services (WMS) standard, configuration files for data that allow for viewing of project data in Google Earth, and documents providing background data about the available data.
